Renault Kangoo ML Twin Rear Door 2008 On Rhino Aluminium Van Roof Rack A597 2.2 metres x 1.25 metres wide.

The roof rack has been designed with aerodynamic cross tubes and end caps which reduce wind noise and drag to a minimum whilst increasing fuel efficiency.

The rack is easy assembly with a unique clamping system that allows you to position the cross tubes at intervals to suit your needs.

Fully enclosed 6 Inch (150mm) sides help secure the roof racks load. The van roof rack includes a rattle free full width stainless steel rear roller to aid loading and unloading without damaging the van.

The aluminium is durable and anodized in order to increase corrosion resistance.

TUV GS safety approved and 20g crash tested under the ECE17.07 specifications.

The product is designed to fit to the manufacturers mounting points with no drilling required.

These roof bars are made from 50mm x 30mm x 2mm Aluminium for many years of corrosion resistance. The other parts are made from 3mm thick pre galvanized steel then powdercoated black, and will also last for many years.

Price Includes Two Pairs of Load End Stops.

This photo shows the VG276/R roller attachment fitted (not included in the price).

All fixings and fitting instructions are supplied. No drilling of the roof will be required when fitting this product.

Approximate fitting time 30 mins. Maximum load 45 kgs per bar.

This stainless steel full width roller is mounted on pre galvaized steel channels attached to the rear and middle roof brackets to provide maximum ridgidity. The channels are slotted to provide some adjustment of the roller position. The roller is running in nylon bearings for a smooth rotation. They will come with the correct roller length for your roof bars, If ordered at the same time.

All fittings are included.

Fitting time approximatly 20 mins.

The roof rack is robust yet lightweight.

Spec - ML (5 bars) - Double/barn rear doors = 2000L x 1600W.

Cross members - 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm stainless steel box section.

All fixings and fitting instructions are supplied. No drilling of the roof will be required when fitting this product.
